- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Flight bookings, refundability, schedule changes, and ticket modifications are governed by the respective airline’s fare rules, fees, and policies.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All refunds and future credits are subject to the respective airline fare rules, policies, and procedures.
You are entitled to get a full refund only if your flight ticket is refundable. Please go through all terms and conditions of the respective airline before booking your flight. Tickets are subject to airline rules after they are issued. Tickets can be refundable or non-refundable.
- All service fees levied by AUM Travels post booking are non-refundable and may change without prior notice.
- Refunds are only available if the airline fare rules allow cancellation and refund, and the airline accepts the request.
- Most no-show bookings are not eligible for refund waivers.
- Refund processing can take 60–90 days from the date we receive your request.
- Requests for cancellations are honored only through call or email to support@aumtravels.com.
- Low-Cost Carrier tickets are non-refundable, even when cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
